You'll better not compare Emacs with Visual Studio or some other modern
IDE for crowd-oriented languages. Emacs-as-the-IDE for C++/C#/Java is a
non-starter since long time ago, as far as the Tweeter Generation is
concerned. (For C#/Java (and possibly others) they are quite right,
IMO.)
Emacs still has lots of good things to offer. Let's advertise those.
