Hi,

Same reply as Kyle. Website works for me (I'm the hoster, btw) but the
project is indeed inactive.

There have been some attempts to revive it in the recent past (see the
mail archives https://lists.nongnu.org/archive/html/glob2-devel/ ), but
didn't go far, because of lack of time
