I find their claim convincing that their distribution of the Linux
kernel doesn't grant the recipients licenses of their respective
patents.
But it probably doesn't matter because SCO constantly changes the
topic of their allegations (copyright, breach of contract, trade
secret, patent infringement), and such behavior looks fishy and
suggests that there isn't much substance.
