Well, the intention was to provide an alternative name which cleared up the 
confusion around the sftp naming which many (most) people don't immediately 
associate with the ssh service. Misinformation like this costs you users and 
way to much time answering emails you know..

If you feel that abusing fish since its 95% similar _but_ solves the problem I 
stated is not good due to the last 5%, fine.

I still hope for an alternative name to solve this problem; even 'ssh://' 
would be fine with me. (Are we still working for the betterment of tla, or am 
I just bothering you guys?)

Any other ideas?
