If you wanted to implement a *real* fish protocol backend and call it
fish://, or ssh://, then by all means do that. My only argument here is
that sftp shouldn't be called fish, because they're two completely
separate and distinct things, and claiming to the user that a sftp
implementation is actually speaking the fish protocol (and thus by
implication that it will work on servers with the sftp subsystem
disabled) is flat-out lying.
