He mentionned he wanted to save bandwidth, so, the working tree isn't
sufficient, since the next tla changes/commit/update/... will require
either a pristine tree of a revision in the library.
After importing the appropriate revision in the revlib, getting a
local tree is not a problem: "tla get" will take it from the
revlib ...
