Seems like nobody noticed my hint on the provider name.
Since there are 4 different python bindings for postgresql,
"provider=postgresql" selects one of them more or less randomly (we will
try to improve the automatic choice in a later version)
To be sure to use the correct driver, you must set provider= to either
popy, psycopg, pypgsql or pygresql.
