I picked it down and noticed that one needs to run it through m4 in order
to get it working. (Have you thought of integrating m4 or some such macro
program with Bison. :-))

-- bison.hairy does not work and is not documented, so I do not see why it
should be dangerous to put in bison.c++ in the distribution as well as an
undocumented feature.
