About PR's and subject line recognition.  I think it'd be far more
useful to supply a "Reply-To:" of address@hidden than to rely
upon the subject line.  No ambiguity can be taken from that.  Of course,
that requires a slight customization to both your email server and
gnats, but well worth it.
