Umm, Neutral *is* the default. \revert sets the property to the
default value. As far as our predefined commands, "...Neutral"
just means "set it back to the default".
Now, for figured bass, the "default" probably means "always down"
(or maybe "always up"), but that doesn't change the fact that it
*is* the default.
I admit that all the other predefs that have ...Neutral are things
that normally change their position based on the actual music, so
perhaps it's not useful in this case.
