Looking on the web for harp pedal indications, I came across ThesisFont,
which supports harp pedal indications.

http://hometown.aol.com/loudfonts/ThesiFnt.htm#7

They don't show the indications in use, but in their font, the axis is
asymmetrical -- the vertical line appears left of center of the horizontal
line.

They also indicate a circled pedal indication to show that the harp pedal
arrangement has changed. Should this be added to the markup?

They reference Stone pp. 226-56; I don't have access to Stone to see for
myself.
