Oh, I forgot to mention that I replaced all calls to (ly:make-stencil 
(list 'draw-line ...) xext yext) by (make-line-stencil...) that I could find.
In the fretboards code, there was some code where the xext / yext did not 
correspond to the arguments of the 'draw-line commands. I simply used the 
line start/end for the extents. I hope that's okay, Or was it on purpose that 
the coordinates did not match?
