Reinhold, this is great!

I've noticed you "tagged" this new markup command as "music"; although
I'm fine with it, I wonder if there would be a proper way to regroup
all fret-diagrams and harp-pedal-diagrams in a same category of the
docs (that could be named, I don't know, "Specific diagram
notations"?)
(the reason why I'm asking that is that I'm precisely working on this
part of the docs right now)
Of course, we'd have to rename Nicolas' fret-diagram category into
"diagram" or whatever, and possibly change the title of Appendix B8.5;
the good news is, since all of Carl's commands begin with an "f" and
all harp related things begin with an "h", these commands won't be
mixed up :-)

Carl, Reinhold, anyone, comments?
