I think this is a good idea. I'll leave the generic, more flexible one(s) to you guys, since it's out of my depth. I'll tidy up the ones I've been working on for lp-book and for the multi-movement work with score/parts.
I had thought of trying to put the makefiles in the LSR but I don't see an obvious way to do it since they're not meant to be compiled by Lilypond.
