And I didn't (sigh), sorry again.

I realised that after experimenting with my own instructions for
compiling a few weeks ago (eating my own dog food so to speak) I had
disabled the sources list in my own install,ation.

So now the command works and I can see the Debian git tree of:

http://git.donarmstrong.com/?p=lilypond.git;a=summary

Is it good 'form' in Debian-land to email the maintainer directly to
make requests?
