IIUC, in this scheme, the optional modifier(s) come right after the root with a dot, then there is a colon and the chord duration?
If that is correct, change that c:4 to c:8 and you will already spot a problem.
OTOH, you could have "c.:8", making the dot mandatory even if there is no modifier, but I think we'll agree it looks ugly.
