I do know know how to _not_ install it with admin rights as the sole
user, me, has admin permissions.
Sorry, I expressed it loosely. As you determined, the issue is specifically Extended Permissions - which, however, are selected in Windows with the menu item "Run as Administrator" (even if you are already administrator).
