Follow-up Comment #30, bug #61172 (project octave):

Wouldn't that cause a regression of bug #59426 on systems with multiple
monitors?

I guess in that case, we'd need to decide which of those bugs is the more
important one to resolve. Unless, there is a solution that'd work in both use
cases...
