        Although I understand your point of view, I think we should
always give people the benefit of doubt. We've all been, at one moment
or another, pissed by something that we did not fully understand and
only later realized that we were wrong. When this happens I think it's
better to explain and to try our best for such a misunderstanding not to
happen again. Assuming that the plaintive is dumb and discarding the
complaint is never a good option, IMHO.
