I should have added that dependency with non compatible licences
is not a reason for us to refuse to host your software. Of course it's a
problem you'll have to solve otherwise your software will put people
distributing it into trouble.
Savannah cannot host software that depends on proprietary software.
But it can host software that depends on Free Software whose license is
not compatible with the GNU GPL. Our role in this is to warn the author
about this problem and encourage her to solve it one way or the other.
