We planned a significant change for version 1.0.0.7:
the removal of the gencc preprocessor and its replacement
by the standard C++ template system. This has been a wish
of David Allouche for a long time and it seems that
the change will become possible soon. This step might also
facilitate generating Win32 DLL's.
