Hi Bill,
That is strange. I have done a clean install on my XP machine and it worked
fine. Ah well, what's development without problems right?
If you give the texmacswin32.exe program the --debuglog argument, it will write
all messages to a file named "debug.log" in the same directory. Remember to
delete the .TeXmacs folder from your profile directory to do a clean start.
After you have done this, please post the debug file contents and we can go
from there.
