How about we rip out the sepereate development sections, and merge
them into one? This section could then have "sub-sections" with a
direct link to the bug reporter, patch manager, and CVS browser. The
"Development" link could be a link to a small section that has a
paragraph about Savannah, and then a quick note about each
"sub-section". This would be less to maintain too.
