Maybe - could we broaden this for the whole
GNU/Linux `community'?

The IGs are probably a good idea at this stage
(the size AFFS has reached). 
We should be able to take a good `portfolio'
of campaigns to the NEC, UKUUG, et al as we
try to go for mass-membership :-)

EdIG is probably our best opportunity atm. :-/
