I second that. Tutorial is most important for newbies.
Don't hide it!

Loading games should be in the main menu. Dividing this into two
submenus (one in single Player, one in multiplayer) is not good.

We could think about adding a new button to the main menu:
"load autosaved game". It is probably the option that players
are most impatient about. When glob2 crashed again and you
already have to wait until glob2 started up, you want to continue
the game as fast as possible.

Thinking about this again:
If you start glob2 after a crash and start glob2 again, it could ask you if
you want to load autosave.
