I think just archive listing operations: `tla abrowse' and `tla branches'
(presumably with a --hidden option to show everything).

In the case of revlibs because you can simply delete any offending branches;
in the case of patch-logs, I think it's less common to look at patch-log
versions, and more interesting to see historical entries (though probably
these would be pruned in the same way you'd prune any excessive patch-log
accumulation after a long time).
