This issue have been discused with Graham and Trevor recently:

Most of the regtests have been, or will be, added to the LSR as well.
We probably have to find some place to put a link, but it would
probably be better on a developer-oriented rather than an
user-oriented page. How about, for example,
http://lilypond.org/web/devel/ ? We could add a section between
"source code" and "participating", couldn't we?
