I don't know who currently uses Lilydev.  But for the Guilev2 work and
testing, 2.0.11 is just not going to do the job.  There are just too
many Guile bugs requiring workarounds to make this a viable platform for
getting LilyPond out of the Guilev2 quagmire.

So it really depends on the overlap of people using Lilydev and people
trying to help with the Guilev2 effort on whether this would help.
