Cool!

You've described very well what that means with regard to a local
database. Now, I'd like to know what you expect to happen on a
netsync level. I'm going to assume that monotone-0.14 and
monotone-0.15 will simply not be able to talk with each other, at
all. Is that a correct assumption?

If my assumption is correct, I think you'd better beat the drum really
loud, as this requires a synchronisation for everyone that will be
touched an upgrade anywhere in a network of servers. For example,
this will affect me, since I hold a repository that replicates the one
on off.net, and also holds a few private an public projects, thereby
affecting about 20 other people (*as far as I know*, it may be more)
as soon as I upgrade.

I'm really looking forward to playing with this. However, I got other
issues to beat right now (divorce stuff, 'nuff said), so I'm not going
to be more involved than by yapping enthusiastically for the time
being.

Cheers,
Richard
