I've sometimes seen rp lock up in a *loop* doing this. This was
definitely in the post-1.0 cvs version. The only solution was to exit
rp, kill it by hand, and restart my session. Maybe I'll try and find
something that can recreate it regularly next week, painfull as that
may be.
