Your attached output lead me to discover a HUGE bug in font compilation with my 
original build.  It seems that my command line interpreter was not accounting 
for spaces in directory names.  So after a few hours here, I managed to fix 
that among a few other bugs I found along the way.

Needless to say, the font generation works MUCH better now.  Please uninstall 
the old version of texmacs, remove the following directories:

"C:\program files\texmacs"
"C:\documents and settings\<USERNAME>\.Texmacs"

Reinstall the new texmacs.exe build and your good to go!
