More or less any date during termtime would be doable, but we prefer not
to do events near the start/end of term. It's a bit late to try and get
anything setup for this academic year, but the dates for the next two
terms are 29 September 2003-12 December 2003 and 9 January 2004-19 March
2004.

If AFFS wants to do this kind of thing a number of other university
computer societies can be contacted via www.compsoc.org.uk.
