The fix for msn.com accounts it to comment out the if block specific to msn.com
addressess:

#if ($domain eq 'msn.com') {
#   if ($page =~ m/Location: (\S+)/i) {
#   ....
#}

This was lines 665 to 679 in my version... which I got from the following link:
http://mail.gnu.org/archive/html/gotmail-list/2003-12/msg00065.html

If guess the extra redirect for msn.com addresses was removed from the hotmail
process.
