Ouch, I'd forgotten about the regtest rater.  That's C#, right?
or is it .NET ?  I don't actually know what the difference is.
Do you have any idea if it will work under dotGNU or Mono?

I'm not too concerned about the .iso; if necessary we can find
other places to host it.  But it would be an absolute travesty if
the something happened to the regtest rater.  I'm making enquiries
on the GNU side.
