Then do nothing. (Can you 'do nothing'?) I am not sure we are using
Documentation/po files; we were in the past (and for a very useful
purpose), but something is currently broken until somebody (me) takes
it a look.

<root>/po files are a different thing: they are for the program
itself, not translations.
