I've never used the web interface to create a list, so I don't know.

Specifically, I didn't know you could.  Maybe post this question to

The end of your sentence appears to be missing.

Yeah, sorry.

"It works now" is a bad assumption.  The reason most people don't use the 
GNU Gnats (say that 3 times fast!) system is that it's not very nice to 
work with.

I have been splitting things into multiple databases, and will probably 
need to hack Gnats a little bit to make it do what I want.  Thankfully, 
it's under new maintainership so the changes will get fed upstream pretty 
quickly.

The hardest part is going to be smooth authentication/authorization 
between savannah and gnats.  Probably initially, you'll need to have a 
"What is your gnats password", with an explanation that it's totally 
insecure so please choose a different password.
