Well Amin, I said that I generaly agree with what you said! Why did you 
delete this part:

(It seems that even when I agree with you guys, you don't want me to do 
so !!!). 

Anyway, but having said that, I again stress that GNU is a special case.

In case you do not know Amin, there is a dedicated section of the GNU 
project called "GNU Press" which publishes well-designed high quality 
books, about GNU programs. Books of "GNU Press" are both published 
hard-copy, and online. You can buy the hard-copy from usuall places 
like Amazon, and you can read the online version free of charge -- 
online !!. 

In a nutshell, I agree that online manuals and articles are no 
substitute for good books. However when it comes to GNU programs, high 
quality books (those which make a developer) are already available for 
free, so I see little incentive to buy anything else.

That was what I said Amin. Please do not misquote my sentences.

And BTW, me not being a developer, doesn't mean that I am not able to 
find/recommend books about GCC.
