        Hi,

        After thinking a good hour I realized I was a bit too fast on
the non GNU projects issues. And not talkative enough. I'll fix this
and raise the few points that need clarifications before Savannah can
accept Free Software projects that are not part of the GNU project. The
first topic on the list is the licensing policy.

        In order to reduce cross posting I invite everyone interested to
follow this thread on the address@hidden mailing list.
