What's our topic? (speech-dispatcher).
Under debian it runs with userid of the user speech-dispatcher with
group audio.
That is more secure than most common X-setups which should be fixed instead
of breaking a11y in many places by chaning things like the usersession
stuff.
Sd doesn't need root access! We need only a working systemwiede
speech-server.
BTW.: how do you plan to make the plain textlogin speak with speechd-up?

If you want to use the autospwan feature, make sure that your speechd-up
skript starts late in the bootproccess and you should set the right
speechd_address there.
