Again, the GNU/Hurd Installation path in the Hurd website is
   completely broken.

Neal is the person that maintains the Debian GNU/Hurd Installation
guide. Direct bugs/complaints/cookies to him concerning it. If you
read the small foot-note on the page that links to Neal's guide it
reads:

Some of these links are at other web sites not maintained by the
FSF. The FSF is not responsible for the content of these other web
 sites.

As for the link to ftp.gnu.org with the Debian GNU/Hurd CD images,
that has to be left for someone (Philip?) who can upload the images.
Infact, since you have an account on the GNU machine, you could upload
the images (they are signed correct?) to ftp.gnu.org.

At least, if you're not going to fix this it'd be nice if you fixed
the site to stop pretending there's an Installation path at all,
   which there isn't.

Send a patch and something might be done. Complaining about an issue
and not wanting to help solve it sure does not help. The web pages
aren't on my list of important things to do right now, and I don't
think they are on the list of important things todo for anyone since
all of these issues will be resolved sooner or later.

In short, stop crying like a baby and do something instead.
